Spice Mobiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year (12 months) ended on March 31, 2007 and would also consider the recommendation of Dividend.
