State Bank of Travancore to allot 9253473 shares to SBI

The Board of Directors of State Bank of Travancore at its meeting held on May 20, 2014, has accorded to allot 92,53,473 (Ninety-two lacs fifty three thousand four hundred seventy three) Equity Shares, ranking pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Bank in all respect, including dividend, at an Issue Price of Rs. 416.06 (Rupees Four hundred sixteen and paisa six only) per share (face value Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 406.06.per share), to State Bank of India on preferential basis.

Shares of STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE was last trading in BSE at Rs.541.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 553. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2231 in over 363 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 567.8 and intraday low of 541.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1228885.
