Oseaspre Consultants Board to consider dividend

Oseaspre Consultants Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, to consider and approve the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007, and to recommend to the members of the Company the payment of dividend, if any, on the Company's Equity Share Capital for the year ended March 31, 2007.
