Kovai Medical Center & Hospital Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2007, to consider and approve the following:

1. The Audited Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend on equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.
