Rolcon Engineering Board recommends 10% final dividend

Rolcon Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final equity dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs 1.00 per share on Equity Shares of Rs 10.00 each. This is in addition to the Interim Equity Dividend @ 30% i.e. Rs 3.00 per Equity Share of Rs 10.00 each which was declared and paid during the F.Y. 06-07. Thus the total Equity Dividend for the F.Y. 06-07 works out 40% (i.e.; Rs 4.00 per shares).

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 16, 2007 to July 20, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 20, 2007.
