Shree Ganesh Forgings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the audited annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider the recommendation of final dividend for the year ended March 2007.

3. For approval of the quarterly financial results from January 01, 2007 to March 31, 2007.

4. Fixing the date of book closure / record date.
