Aristocrat Luggage Sells Land / Building at Aurangabad

Aristocrat Luggage Ltd has announced that pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 18, 2006, where in, it was decided in-principle to sell / dispose of the Company's land and building located at Waluj, Aurangabad, the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on September 07, 2006 with M/s Umasons Auto Compo Pvt Ltd for the sale of the above referred land and building. The proposed sale at a aggregate consideration of Rs 1,20,00,000/- is subject to necessary approvals / N.O.C as applicable in this regard.
