High Energy Board to consider rights issue

High Energy Batteries India Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, will also be considering Rights Issue of Equity shares to part finance the cost of its Lead Acid Battery Project.
