Munjal Auto Board to consider dividend

Munjal Auto Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007, to approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ending March 31, 2007, and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007 along with other business.
