HDFC Bank to consider raising of capital

A meeting of the Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Ltd will be held on May 19, 2014, to consider raising of capital and seeking appropriate enabling shareholder approvals for such capital raising at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on June 25, 2014.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.789.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 802.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 203411 in over 8494 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 802 and intraday low of 782.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 160908959.
