Max India allots 41,666,660 shares at Rs.240

Max India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2007, has approved the allotment of 41,666,660 equity shares of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 238/- per equity share aggregating to RS 9999,998,400/- to Qualified Institutional Buyer- Under SEBI Guidelines.
