Ashiana Housing & Finance India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, to consider and approve Audited Annual Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007, and recommending dividend, if any on the equity shares of the Company.
