Hisar Metal Board to consider dividend

Hisar Metal Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, to approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ending March 31, 2007 and to take on record Audited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and Audited Annual Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend the dividend, if any.
