Kaashyap Technologies to consider proposal for investment

Kaashyap Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 20, 2007, to consider the proposal of invitation received from certain FIIs, Mutual Funds, NRIs, HNIs to participate in the preferential allotment of equity shares. The Board will also consider the modification in the Notice of ensuing Extra Ordinary General Meeting including the date and time of the meeting.
