Heritage Foods Board to recommend dividend

Heritage Foods India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider recommending Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.
