Ansal Properties Board to consider final dividend

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2007, to consider the following:

1. (a) Approval of the Quarterly /Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

(b) Taking on record the Quarterly / Audited Financial Results, for the Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the aforesaid year.
