BGIL Films Board to finalize merger of Bharatiya Global Infomedia Ltd

BGIL Films & Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To finalize the merger scheme of M/s. Bharatiya Global Infomedia Ltd with the Company, on the basis of the valuation report by the consultants M/s. Dooger & Associates, Chartered Accountant and also determines the share exchange ratio for the same.

2. To review of all the compliances regarding the various authorities in respect of the recently concluded merger of M/s. Three-D Communications Ltd with the Company.

3. To set up a new business office in U.S.
