Sumedha Fiscal Board recommends 5% dividend

Sumedha Fiscal Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 5% (Previous Year — 5%) for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
