Grauer & Weil Board to recommend dividend

Grauer & Weil India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend Dividend subject to the approval of Shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To finalise the date of Book Closure and Annual General Meeting.

4. To discuss the General Working of the Company.
