Coral India Board to consider dividend

Coral India Finance & Housing Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2007, to consider the following:

1. To consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet along with Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To declare Dividend, if any.

3. To consider book closure.
