State Bank of Travancore to consider preferential allotment

A meeting of the Board of Directors of State Bank of Travancore will be held on May 20, 2014, to make preferential allotment of 92,53,473 equity shares at an issue price of Rs.416.06 (including premium) per equity share of Rs.10/- each (face value) aggregating to Rs.385 crores.

Shares of STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE was last trading in BSE at Rs.514.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 472. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28388 in over 2608 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 519 and intraday low of 485. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14321168.
