Classic Diamonds equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Classic Diamonds India Ltd has announced that in accordance with the directions of the Honourable High Court of Bombay, the equity shareholders of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2007, have approved the scheme of amalgamation of Purvi Diamonds Pvt Ltd with the Company, with requisite majority.
