Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd approves issue of 11055720 shares

The Board of Directors of Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd at its meeting held on May 15, 2014, has approved the issue of 1,10,55,720 equity shares consequent to the conversion notice(s) received from the Bondholders for conversion of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds ("FCCB") for total value of US$ 11.20 million at a conversion price of Rs. 55 per share, in accordance with the terms of the Offering Circular dated March 21, 2013 for issue of USS 40 million unsecured foreign currency convertible bonds and the Supplemental Trust Deed dated February 21, 2014, to the bondholders.

Consequently the paid up share capital of the Company has increase from Rs 31,65,52,150 aggregating 3,16,55,275 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 42,71,09,950 aggregating 4,27,10,995 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of Dr.Datsons Labs Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.19.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 378466 in over 1654 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 19.65 and intraday low of 18.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7140432.
