Carol Info Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, for transacting the following business:

1. Approval of the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Publishing of the audited results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Recommendation of Dividend.
