Shriram City Union Board recommends 20% final dividend

Shriram City Union Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of 20% on Equity Capital for the year 2006-2007. This is in addition to the Interim dividend @ 10% declared on November 30, 2006.
