Ultramarine & Pigments Board recommends final dividend

Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of Final Dividend at the rate of 50 paise per share of Rs 2/- each (25%) for the year ended March 31, 2007. Together with the Interim Dividend of Rs 3/- per share of Rs 2/- each (150%) declared and paid in March, 2007, the aggregate Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007 is Rs 3.50 per share of Rs 2 each (175%).
