Phillips Carbon Board to recommend dividend

Phillips Carbon Black Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007 and also to consider recommendation of dividend on the paid up share capital of the Company as on March 31, 2007.
