Graphite India Board recommends 50% final dividend

Graphite India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Special and Final Dividend of Re 1 per share (50%) for the financial year 2006-07. Together with the Interim Dividend of Rs 2 per share (100%) already declared and paid, the total Dividend for the financial year amounts to Rs 3 per share (150%).
