Energy Development Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. Recommending Dividend to the shareholders.
