Nitco Tiles equity shareholders approve Composite Scheme of Arrangement

Nitco Tiles Ltd has announced that in accordance with the directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay, the meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company held on June 15, 2007, have approved the Composite the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Nitco Realties Pvt Ltd and Shark Properties Pvt Ltd and Motivation Properties Pvt Ltd and their respective shareholders and creditors (the "scheme"),with requisite majority.
