Ashapura Minechem Board recommends 150% dividend

Ashapura Minechem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of Rs 3/- per share on a face value of Rs 2/- each (150%) for the financial year 2006-2007 (Previous year 75% on face value of Rs 2/- each).
