Ashapura Minechem shines on bonus issue

The shares of Ashapura Minechem Ltd traded higher after the company announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007, to consider the issue of bonus shares.

In BSE, the stock opened the day at Rs.337.65 and hit an intraday high of Rs.345. The stock was last trading at Rs.340, up by Rs.6.70 or 2.01%.

The total traded quantity was 599739 compared to 2 week average of 134762 at a weighted average price of Rs.338.14.

The stock has been in limelight for the last month climbing up Rs.113.15 or 49.88% from its price of Rs.226.85 on 15 May, 2007.
