Envair Electrodyne Board recommends 7% dividend

Envair Electrodyne Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 7% per Equity Share for the financial year 2006-07.
