Elecon Engineering Board recommends bonus issue & dividend

Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the following:

1. 75% Dividend i.e. Rs 1.5 per share of Rs 2 each.

2. Subject to the approval of the members of its ensuing General Meeting, 2 nos of Bonus share for every 1 no. of share held.
