Kilburn Chemicals Board recommends 20% dividend

Kilburn Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 20% for the year 2006-2007, subject to approval of shareholders.
