FCS Software Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider and to approve the Audited Annual Financial Results for the Year ended on March 31, 2007, and may also consider to recommend final Dividend, if any, for the said financial year.
