Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and may also consider the recommendation of dividend on the equity shares.
