Soma Textiles Board to consider dividend

Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and approve Recommendation of Dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007.
