Bayer CropScience sells its shares in Bayer Polychem

Bayer CropScience Ltd has announced that the Company has sold its shares in Bayer Polychem (India) Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary, to Bayer MaterialScience Pvt Ltd for a consideration of Rs 3.90 crores, based on the valuation report submitted by M/s. Haribhakti MRI Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, independent valuers.

The stock was trading at Rs.283, up by Rs.11.15 or 4.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.299 and low of Rs.277.05. The total traded quantity was 123120 compared to 2 week average of 94380.
