Mayur Leather fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM

Mayur Leather Products Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 09, 2007 to July 16, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend & 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 16, 2007.
