Damodar Threads Board to recommend dividend

Damodar Threads Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve annual accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and recommend dividend on equity shares.

3. To consider and fix the date of book closure.

4. To consider convening Nineteenth annual general meeting and to approve the draft notice for the same.

5. Appointment of cost auditor.
