Container Corporation Board recommends 110% final dividend

Container Corporation of India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend @ 220% (inclusive of Interim Dividend @ 110% already paid) of the paid up share capital of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.
