Amrutanjan Board to recommend final dividend

Amrutanjan Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2007, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and also to recommend final dividend on the equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2006-07.
