Hind Rectifiers Board recommends dividend & stock split

Hind Rectifiers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 100% i.e. Rs 10/- per share (Previous year 70% i.e. Rs 7.00 per share).

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has proposed to sub divide / split of Company's Equity shares into Rs 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.977, down by Rs.35.75 or 3.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1001 and low of Rs.925. The total traded quantity was 6786 compared to 2 week average of 4535.
