Ramsarup Industries Board recommends dividend

Ramsarup Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of @ 5% on the Equity Shares and respective dividends on the Preference Shares as per rights attached thereto.
