Balmer Lawrie & Company Board recommends 135% dividend

Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ Rs 13.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
