Oriental Trimex Board to consider dividend

Oriental Trimex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2007, to transact the following:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend the payment of dividend for the financial year 2006-07, if any.

3. To consider the locational changes in the Expansion Projects of the Company.
