Rishi Laser Cutting Ltd to be renamed as Rishi Laser Ltd

Rishi Laser Cutting Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2007, has decided to issue 7,80,000 Equity Shares and 3,00,000 Convertible Warrants on preferential Basis.

The Board also decided to change the name the Company from "Rishi Laser Cutting Ltd" to "Rishi Laser Ltd".

The Board also decided to keep the Register of Members and relevant records at the office of the Company's Registrars and Transfer Agents.

Further the Company has informed that, all the above matters will be put before the members for their approval in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 12, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.53, up by Rs.1.05 or 2.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53.50 and low of Rs.52.05. The total traded quantity was 6918 compared to 2 week average of 11388.
