Tourism Finance Board to consider dividend

Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007 inter alia, to consider and approve the audited accounts and to recommend dividend if any for the year ended on March 31, 2007.
