Goa Carbon Board recommends 15% dividend

Goa Carbon Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share of Rs 10/- each subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
